I had such a wonderful experience staying at Luso Hotel! Communication was excellent, with incredibly fast responses and a smooth, easy check-in process. I had made the reservation, but my cousin arrived before me, and the staff made it so easy to accommodate her without any hassle. A special thank you to Edon, who checked us in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even helping us carry our bags upstairs to our rooms and back down to the garage when we checked out. That extra level of hospitality really made a difference! I absolutely loved the aesthetic and overall feel of the hotel. It has so much character and is beautifully put together. While it can be a little tricky to find initially, and parking in the underground garage (two floors below the hotel) can be a bit tight, the location makes up for it. Everything is conveniently within walking distance. Honestly, Luso Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Kosovo. The hospitality, atmosphere, and overall experience left such a great impression on me. It’s places like this that make you fall in love with a destination and already start planning your return. I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!
