Enjoyable stay. Pros: super clean, nice grounds, beach chairs and cooler, great kitchen, convenient location. Cons: no table to eat outside, noisy kids above us, more "hotel" than "home" and missing personal touches. All in all, we would stay here again!

The only drawback to staying there was no air conditioning and dryer definitely needed experienced maintenance. It was very hard to sleep with no air conditioning even with fans going. Overall that property and the area was superb.

Excellent pool. Good walking path nearby. Close to groceries and short drive to Hanalei with lots of restaurants. Nice amenities. Fans in all rooms to help airflow. Enjoyed watching the chickens, nene and cardinals every morning.

Princeville

The only downside was the constant crowing of roosters at the crack of dawn. There was no way to sleep in. They even came by in the afternoon when you thought you might take a quick nap. The condo was lovely.

Amazing anniversary

Amazing condo it was beautifully decorated. It was nice to come back from the beaches and activities and have such a wonderful condo. It had a beautiful view, great pool and barbecue area. Great service from the owners, easy check in and great information on how to arrive and get into the condo.

This well-appointed, clean and spacious place was just a short walk away from beautiful sunset views, and within walking distance of the Saturday Market. Everything was in working order, and the beds were quite comfortable. I enjoyed the pool a lot. Great place, I would certainly return!

Princeville Kauai Ali Kai resort

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. Nice swimming pool a short walk away. The surprise was the gift left for our arrival: the box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts. We highly recommend this resort located in a popular area, close to all amenities!!

Peaceful Princeville Property

We had a fantastic experience at this condo in Princeville. It allowed us to access all of the great places along the north shore of Kaua'i. The unit was well furnished and we'll definitely look to stay there again.

Amazing location.

The location was great to explore throughout the North Shore. We had my 12 and 17 daughters, everyone enjoyed the accommodations and the pool. It is true that there is no A/C, but this is pretty typical in Kauai. We even hiked down to the turtle cave on the resort. Wow!

Hawaiian Holiday Perfection

We had a very comfortable stay. We have a family of 4 and it had 2 bedrooms which fit us all very comfortably. Everything was easy to use and find in the kitchen. It was a drive to Hanalei Bay which as good to be away from the crowds in the town. Short drive or walk to the shops in Princeville. We will definitely stay again.
