Great Space for the family

We had 7 adults and 2 children under three at the house. It was plenty of space. The security fence around the pool was ideal. Location was central to getting around Princeville, Hanalei and other area beaches. Plenty of beach accessories to for everyone! Our family loved it!

Wonderful Pohaku Villa

Our multi-generation family of 10 had a wonderful 10 day stay at Pohaku Villa. The house was well organized and stocked with everything needed for our comfort, especially appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The outside lanai area and pool for the boys provided a relaxing way to end the day after beach activities. Our group concurred that Pohaku Villa was the best vacation home we have rented!

Amazing Location for Mom’s 80th Bday

The house was wonderful! It had enough room for two families and my mom. We loved how it was in walking distance of the shopping center and the Saturday Farmer’s Market. Everything in the house was clean and beautiful. We were all very sad to leave and hope to stay there again one day!

Great Space for Family

If you are looking for a great home to spend with your family in Princeville then this is the place. Had everything you needed and more. Space was ideal for our family traveling with a baby. Yen, the property contact was awesome. Very accommodating when needed. The management company also offered concierge services to add to the experience. Pool was a great addition although didn't really get to use it much. Nice overall quiet location. Next to a park that offered a Saturday Farmers Market. Only drawback, downstairs flooring is a polished flagstone that made it very rough on the feet and concerning for an infant crawling. Although the baby didn't seem to mind much but we did, tender feet. ;) However, overall we had a great time. We would stay there again.

Housekeeping

Location and management of the stay were all excellent. Our only real issues had to do with housekeeping. When we arrived there were two bathrooms that were not clean. Shower had "hairball" in drain, another had unclean toilet and wall around toilet. The living room rug had cracker crumbs all over it. The most DANGEROUS issue was the condition of the bbq - the grease trap and grille had not been cleaned and caused a flash fire when first lit. Could have been a very significant fire affecting the house itself, Minor issues - television and oven/microwave need printed instructions.

The home was very clean and well stocked. A lot of extra towels, beach towels and the kitchen had everything except a waffle maker. Very well stocked for a rental kitchen. It also had a lot of beach chairs and a ping pong table. The pool was small, however everyone enjoyed it. The outside area was wonderful to play games at night. We had a wonderful time!!

Fantastic home!!

We stayed here with extended family totaling 9 for our beach wedding and it was absolutely perfect!!! The home is gorgeous and there is space for everyone: a huge wrap-around lanai, fully stocked kitchen where we cooked breakfast and most dinners and even plenty of beach equipment. From tweens to teens to adults, everyone had an amazing and memorable vacation. Thank you for opening your home to us….we will be back!

Kauai Dream House

This house was everything described and more! We first got there in the pouring rain. This one lasted maybe 10 minutes. 🤣 The longest shower we had all week! The little rain catchers around the property were great sounding and fun to watch. The pool was perfect to have with our 5 and 9 year old boys. It made things very easy for us to end busy days touring or at the beach (Hanalei Bay like 15 minutes away) by jumping into the pool upon returning. There was even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand! Perfect temperature and perfect setting for the adults to watch. This was the only problem I had personally as a senior. The steps down to the pool from the patio and into the water were deeper than I could handle without assistance. Maybe there could be some type of handrail for each that wouldn’t hurt the beautiful scenery? There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room! We had a fantastic time and would love to return!

Great family vacation

Three generations (our parents, ourselves, and our two teenage boys) stayed for one week. Amazing property! Plenty of room. Appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms for sleeping, but the Kauai breeze made the rest of the house comfortable. Well appointed house with many amenities (dishes/glasses/silverware for 16, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, etc.). Loved the pool! Would recommend to anyone!
