This two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental in the intimate and tranquil Kamahana complex offers the convenience of ground-floor access and the added privacy of an end unit. Kamahana 23 enjoys beautiful ocean, mountain, and golf course views while capturing Kauai's refreshing tradewinds to help keep you cool and comfortable.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, where you'll fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake to beautiful sunrise views from your window. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, making the condo ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The bright, open living area is filled with natural light and opens through oversized sliding glass doors to your private shaded lanai. Ceiling fans throughout the condo work with the nearly constant tradewinds, carrying the scents of the sea and tropical gardens.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living area and includes both a dining area and convenient bar-top seating. When dining at home, you can prepare your favorite meals or grill your catch of the day on the gas grill located just outside on the side lanai.

Both bathrooms feature a tub/shower combination, including an en suite bath in the primary bedroom. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Smart TV service and complimentary Wi-Fi are included, with flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Kamahana 23 overlooks the lush 15th hole of the Prince Golf Course, with ocean views beyond. The calm waters and white sands of Anini Beach are just a few minutes away by car, and from the lanai you can catch glimpses of the reef and sparkling blue Pacific. During the winter months, keep an eye out for migrating humpback whales from the comfort of your private outdoor space.

A short three-minute drive brings you to Princeville Center, where you'll find groceries, dining, shopping, and local favorites. Enjoy a macadamia nut ice cream cone, relax with a casual meal, or browse the area's shops and services. The charming town of Hanalei and its world-famous beach are only about ten minutes away, offering additional restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and opportunities to kayak or paddleboard on the Hanalei River.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was an adjustment at first not having air conditioning, but the trade winds provided great breezes when the windows were opened. The fans were a big help. Beautiful location!

Located on the Makia golf course in Princeville, this property has beautiful views of the golf course (rolling greens, birds of paradise, coconut palms) The place was roomy and the tradewinds kept us cool. The furnishings were comfortable and beds just right. We rrally enjoyed our time there.

We had an incredible stay at this Princeville location! The place was clean, well equipped, accommodating, and had gorgeous views from the backyard lanai. Just 50 yards from cliffside ocean walks! Our family of four appreciated using the small residential pool and all the amenities. The hosts provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of towels, not to mention a full kitchen. Location is close to plenty of "secret" beaches plus other amenities and activities. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay in Kamahana 23 very much. Clean, spacious, well-stocked with everything we needed. The Scrabble game came in handy when the rain came down. We loved to setting on the golf course with a view of the ocean and lighthouse.

Lovely condo!

I stayed here with my children, and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, spacious living room, well stocked kitchen (in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, and spices), and beach gear. The living room has a great view, with direct access to the golf course, which was great for my kids to run around on (never saw anybody golfing near us). Very clean and comfortable.

Truly a wonderful place and location to stay in Princeville on Kauai. It had the amenities you look for in a vacation rental. We never found ourselves saying something’s missing. The layout was very accommodating to the wonderful breezes that filled the pace day & night. One minor concern, operation of locks that secured lanai screen doors. They worked but not easy to learn or engage. Overall it is a truly wonderful place and location

First time in Kauai

Plane arrived late, so was driving to place in dark. Check in was super easy with the app and place was perfect! Was so we just fell asleep. Woke up to a dream land! 2 bed spacious condo with comfortable furniture lots of sliding doors for true outdoor living. Walk out on to golf course and a sit on the patio and watch whales breaching. Well equipped with spices pots pans Tupperware and dishes. Ice maker. Washer dryer. Internet was fine. Didn’t watch tv. Walked to sea lodge beach. Would stay here again.

The view is beautiful, grocery store and some restaurants are close and easy to get to. The only thing I would say is that you need more fans. Having nothing but sliding doors means you can’t leave them open at night so it can get kind of stuffy at night.

I was worried about not having A/C but the cross winds were nice and cool. We couldn’t figure out how to use the tv in the living room, so we just played the games in the cabinet below the tv. The pool was super close to the unit. Parking spot right in front of the unit. Internet worked great. Driving distance to Hanalei Bay and great beaches. Make sure to stop and take in the landscape every chance you get.
