Upon arrival, walking into the building, it reeked of a horrible smell. The room itself was tolerable, but the toilet would not flush. I asked the front desk person about it and he said he said her would fix it. At least that's what I thought he said, I could not understand him, he didn't speak english. When I got back to my room at the end of the day, he nodded at my question, "had it been fixed". When I used it it was not fixed and still would not flush. By this time, the front dest was closed and there was no one to contact. I was offered a 15% off my next visit. HA! No WAY would I stay there again!

Front desk was so nice. He let my kids use the pool for 1 more hour since we checked in late, and even brought us towels. Hotel was old but the customer service was better than any other bigger hotels that we stayed for our long road trip.

Get what you pay for, but worth less…

Paid and told I had a king size bed/it was a queen. Absolutely horrible smell of incense, throughout the hotel, which I’m allergic to, now my clothes smell like it. Extremely worn out hotel. What appeared to be a 15 year old kid doing check in, kept running to back room, assume to ask questions. No elevator or cart to help with bags. Room stinky, smelled of incense and smoke. Felt uncomfortable going outside by myself after dark. Slippery tub, almost fell during the taking of my shower. Light above sink did not work, couldn’t see putting on my make up. One bath-towel for two adults. Chair was stained, yuck.
