It was clean, the staff was kind and it’s in a convenient location. The elevator was broken when we arrived and on the 5th day it was still broken. Our room was in the top floor and needless to say it was pretty annoying. The hotel was also packed so management clearly didn’t care about customers if they couldn’t get it fixed in five days.

The elevator was broken! There was a sour smell in the lobby. We had to buy shoes to wear in the shower for fear of a fungus. The hot water didn’t work until the next morning. There were stains in the floor and on the couch cushions.

We’ve stayed here a few times as a stopover on a long drive. It’s reliable and comfortable for one night. This particular stay had a couple of minor issues - the elevator was broken, the ice machine was beeping nonstop, and our mattress was incredibly lumpy/squishy. However, for the price it didn’t bother me too much. The staff are friendly, the breakfast choices are decent, and the tv has plenty of choices. We particularly choose this hotel because they allow pets, which is a huge help for us when we travel.

The room needed a much needed renovation,the mattress had bloodsrains or something on it and the comforter also had some kind of stains on it,paint was worn off of the bathroom door.Also the side entrance door that should open with your room key had a screw screwed into the door latch so that the door would not lock.Made you feel really safe knowing that the door wouldn’t lock.Anyone could enter the hotel anytime of day or night.

The bathroom had pee spots on the floor by the toilet which was kind of gross. Room was ok to get some rest for the night.
