Room was nice and the staff were very friendly. Tiffany was best and the another guy as well. I am glad I decided to book a room in this hotel since they didn’t had king size and I wanted to change a hotel but my partner insisted lets stay here and no regrets best hotels I stayed so Far. Room was decently clean but rooms need to be updated and maintained a little better. Nothing that would keep me from staying again, just not as premium as I was expecting from stays at other Hyatt properties. Overall an enjoyable overnight stay.
