Stayed four nights, there is definitely a problem with housekeeping. They did not clean the room on the third day, so there were no towels and garbage was never taken. Fourth day they cleaned the room but did not give me any towels. I wont be staying there again.

The hotel was dark and a bit run down. The room was very dark and the carpet looked very old. Room and door could have used a paint job. A little smelly. Door does not shut automatically - must pull hard to close - very unsafe for a woman alone. Front desk staff friendly, however charged $11.72 for 2 small waters that I was expecting to pay $4. Order food to take back to my room from the bar. Bartender very unfriendly. Food did not appear appetizing. It tasted ok. Few options on the menu.

More fees after booking. While checking in they tack on more fees. You have no choice but to pay it. Environmental fee and a service fee. It’s the first I’ve heard of extra fees after paying for a room on hotels.com. Rooms are musty, looks like they recently did a low budget dress up of vinyl flooring (bubbles on floor) and paint. Halls have a slight odor of wet carpet. Sofa chair in room has no upholstery, just raw foam. For a little more you can get better

Very clean and reasonably priced, location is not bad either but pool was closed and not accessible, asked for late check out and was approved only one additional hour , I always get at least 2 additional hours elsewhere. Overall a pretty good hotel.

My experience checking in was not ideal. My room was at the very end of the hallway, there was no carpet in the room and no phone. You should never give that room to anyone. The lady at the desk gave me another room after I called her and that room was sufficient.

My only criticism is I was not made aware at check-in that I needed to tell them whether or not I'd be having breakfast in the morning. This led me to being charged $5 extra which was more than strange.

There’s probably better options close by

We stayed one night on the way back from a family party. The hotel staff was nice. The room was okay, lots of visible wear and tear and not the best. The pool was green and gross, definitely would not plan to go in. Breakfast cost extra and was very limited selection, not worth the price for some boxed scrambled eggs. That being said, it was fairly cheap for one night. I wouldn’t go back though.
