If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The lobby and common areas are spacious and comfortable. Even the sheets and pillows on the bed were so comforting and soft. This hotel is an absolute gem.

Breakfast was 8/10, manager Aisha went over the top to accommodate our group. She made sure we had everything and personally got us a rollaway bed. A+ professional and very pleasant to deal with. I cannot say the same for another staff member at the desk the following evening.

Seems Hilton is cutting costs affecting customers? Had issues getting coffee for coffee maker and water. Not cool, Hilton. Hotel is convenient for us, walking distance to ppl we were visiting. Beds comfortable, staff were professional and friendly.
