Primosten Hills North - Luxury Villa

Primošten Hills North offers a total living area of approximately 229 sqm and thus provides space for eight people across 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The generously designed outdoor area with a pool and numerous seating and lounging options enables a relaxed and restorative holiday. The location is particularly convincing because, on the one hand, you are far away from crowds and can find peace and quiet, and on the other hand, the centre of the town is within approximately 10 minutes' walk. Furthermore, due to its location on the hill, the house offers a breathtaking view of the Primošten peninsula as well as the open sea.



The house is located in an up-and-coming new building area. Therefore, there may occasionally be slight construction noise disturbance. We would like to draw our guests' attention to the fact that construction work may occasionally take place in the immediate vicinity.

To ensure you still benefit from an attractive stay, the price has been deliberately set particularly favourably as part of a promotion.

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig ausgestattet, stilvoll eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom traumhaften Ausblick und der wunderschönen Umgebung – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Auch die Nähe zum Meer und die charmante Stadt in der Umgebung haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Einziges kleines Manko war gelegentlicher Baustellenlärm in der Umgebung, der jedoch den insgesamt sehr positiven Gesamteindruck nicht trüben konnte. Die Villa selbst war wirklich top – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sauberes Haus ca. 18 Gehminuten von Primosten

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.. Es hat genug Liegestühle, Geschirr und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man fühlt sich sicher. Man sieht von den Wohnungen nebenan in's Haus und der Pool ist eher klein. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen muss man ca. 18 min. steil hochlaufen.
