Fun stay

There were hiccups because most of the staff didn't speak English. Our room wasn't cleaned, probably due to an oversight. But staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The resort and nearby safari park are beautiful. The safari was very well designed with the lions and tigers kept in enclosed areas without visible bars, while zebras and deer could mingle with the vehicles coming into their area.

Best place around.

This place is fabulous. If you go there book the room with Safari Park view. Wake up like in Afrika. Giraffes and Buffalo just in front of your window. Good connection and shuttle bus to Surabaya. As well the food is fantastic. The breakfast is just a dream.

It's an ideal hotel for family vacation. You can see animals from your balcony. Breakfast was widespread and tasty. The night walk and feeding of animals was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. and will visit again.

Hotel is new and clean. Room is spacious and comfortable, except the water heater in the hotel is weak such that bath shower is not hot but mildly warm. Visit to the Safari Park is very worth it and fun.

Amazing stay!

we had a very good experience at the hotel. amazing view of the animals from the room and a lot of activities for us to take part in. However, the rooms can be bigger and have more facilities inside, for e.g., small fridge, ironing board, iron. overall, the hotel is good.
