I liked that it was pet friendly. The breakfast was just as good as any other hotel. The rooms were fine and clean. The in-house bar/grill and restaurant was pretty cool to have inside the hotel. Staff was friendly, I would stay again.
The stay was fine. However the check-in process was awful. The staff memeber was rude and reluctant in looking up my booking even after given confirmation number, phone number and all this happening with our preregistrastion being filled out days beforehand.
Training staff, the biggest bonus was the checking staff. Amazing and kindhearted

The hot water in the shower came out in a dribble, not enough pressure to come out the shower. I had spent the day out in the desert and was dusty and tired.
I asked the hotel if they would give me a credit, or refund me. They referred me Hotels.com where I had purchased the hotel – – and said there was nothing else they could do.
I also needed something shipped, and asked if they could cover that cost – – but they would not.
The hotel should have been more accommodating to me. I will try to get a refund through hotels.com.
Room was clean but shower tile grout could use a good scrub. Excellent breakfast with so many choices! Great one-night stay.

It took a very long time to check in. Then when we got our keys, we went to our room and found someone else’s things already in there and checked in! When we went back down to the front desk, the man in front of us getting checked in got assigned that SAME room number! Before he got too far, we told them that there was someone already in there and now had 3 people checked into the same room. The lady at the desk told us she didn’t have anymore keys. So we asked for a refund and went somewhere else. She was working by herself, and I know it was stressful. But we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. We were grateful they told us they would give us a refund.
Check-in staff was great! WAY better than our check-in experience 2 days later when we returned.
And there was plenty of breakfast to choose from ... unlike our stay 2 days later.
