We stay here every time we come to the area to visit family. The hotel is amazingly with the indoor/outdoor pool combination, restaurant and bar. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable!

My boyfriend and I brought our kids to Paintsville Lake for a kids fishing event and we could not have picked a better hotel!! The staff was beyond accommodating and the rooms were so clean. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would love to visit again in the future!!!

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We arrived about an hour prior to check in and the staff was able to accommodate us, but we realize sometimes it is beyond their control. We didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub.

The staff is super friendly! The rooms were large and beds comfortable. We were unaware that the restaurant and bar and pool and hot tub would be closed due to the high school prom; however, we received a reduced rate. And the kids attending the prom were very respectful!
