Parking was good with plenty of space. Greeting on arrival was friendly and welcoming, thoroughly explained access after hours, breakfast times and when we got to the room it was clean, nicely spaced and well maintained with nice touches like taxi firm cards and plenty of tea and coffee items. Breakfast choice was great with something everyone could eat including an excellent vegetarian choice. Staff were brilliant!

Plenty of parking out the front. Delicious made to order breakfast Our room sink was dirty when we arrived, the lady was very quick and apologetic and cleaned it immediately . Shower ran cold after 1 person . 10 minutes drive from Preston football stadium and Deepdale shopping center.
