Clean room. Awesome staff. 24/7 Keurig in the lobby. Walkable to shops and restaurants (strongly recommend Theresa’s cafe for lobster roll). We stayed Sat-Tue, and it’s important to know that many local/regional restaurants are not open Mon/Tue (not sure about Sunday, we had a picnic). The only thing I wish were better was the breakfast - limited choices, mostly carbs, of course and only boiled eggs for GF. They have limited space to serve, so I understand, but it would have been nice to have more options.
