North Star Retreat is your perfect lake house get-a-way no matter the time of the year. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is an outdoor enthusiast's dream, boasting 2 floors of rustic-yet-modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, fire pit, and ample space for the dogs and kids to play!

Outside is a lake side paradise with kayaks, paddleboards, dock, firepit, and more!

Access to the property is via a keypad lock on the front door. Codes are send to the guest 48 hours prior to check in.

The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is an outdoor enthusiast's dream, boasting 2 floors of rustic-yet-modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, fire pit, and ample space for the dogs and kids to play! Summers bring everything you love about staying on the water. You have private frontage to Rock Lake and adjoining North Turtle Lake. Both are full recreation lakes ready for you to enjoy. The approach from the house to the lake is level and flat making it the perfect spot for those who hate stairs and steep walks to the lake. Come and enjoy the fishing or take our kayaks and paddleboards out for a spin. They are included free of charge during your stay. If you are bringing your boat, we provide a dock for your use out front from Mid-May through the end of September. If swimming is your thing, you will love the mostly sandy bottom and clear waters we have at the property! The dock is guaranteed from Memorial Day Weekend until September 30th.

The fun doesn't stop when the weather gets cold and the lake freezes over! Ice fishing is a perfect way to spend the day and then relax in the evenings in front of the fire with some friends or family. If speed is more your thing, you are going to love the fact that we have access from he house directly to the snowmobile trails 1/4 mile away. The parking area at North Star Retreat offers ample roof to park your vehicle & trailer during your stay.

Fully equipped for all your culinary needs with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, Crock-Pot, and more. The breakfast bar and dining table make meals a breeze.

Parking
Driveway fits 6 vehicles and can accomodate some vehicles with trailers. Guests have access to the 2 stall garage equipped with a Level 2 Tesla Universal charger for guest use. Charges both Tesla and non-Tesla EV's at 11kW/h.

- Accessibility: Bathroom on the first floor; stairs required for entry and second level.

NOTE: Unfortunately, due to local health department regulations, consumables (food, spices, coffees, etc) are not allowed to be left for guests.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations elidgable for a refund are less a 4% credit card/transaction processing fee.
