With NO advance notice whatsoever, we were notified at check in that we were bumped to another "sister hotel" a mile away. This was NOT a last minute reservation. With no alternative, we re-packed the car and drove to another hotel farther from our purpose for traveling there to find it completely under construction. We made a reservation for a king bed, but were given two smaller separate beds. Only one elevator worked and we were on the 3rd floor. They know how to make the reservation, but not how to hold the reservation. We had a less desirable room, farther away, under under construction. NOTHING given or even offered for the inconvenience. I am surprised that Hotels.com would allow such treatment of a long-time, or ANY of their customers.

On our month long AZ road trip, this was our best stay because it had everything we were looking for: comfortable room, great shower, delicious breakfast and a very nice exercise room. Plus a pleasant staff!

The property looks new. Check-in was quick and our room was huge, which included a full kitchen with plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc. There is a pool and spa and the morning free breakfast is good.

This is a brand new hotel. So the facility itself was quite good. I have to say the staff was very friendly and also helpful. The breakfast bar was good but some days it ran out of food well before the end of the allotted time. But there were other things to eat like fruit and yogurt. The Hotel itself has a few kinks to iron out. We went for a hike one day and came back and our bathroom had been flooded from above. So we had to switch rooms which wasn’t particularly convenient, but also not that big of a deal. Overall, we had a good stay
