Schöne Wohnung aber sehr hellhörig

Eine schöne moderne Wohnung, leider mit einigen Mängeln. Sehr hellhörig, man findet keine Ruhe, weil die Wohnung direkt am Nebeneingang/Obere Etage so hellhörig ist und jeder Schritt und teilweise Gespräche zu hören sind. Zudem ist die Kühl/Gefrierkombination so laut, dass ein zur Ruhe kommen nachts auch deshalb schwierig war.Lage sehr schön, Wohnung modern, sauber und geräumig. Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden.Infrarotkabine konnte nicht genutzt werden, da man durch die Rollos nicht wirklichen Sichtschutz und Privatsphäre hatte.Im Bad das Fenster braucht dringend eine nicht einsehbare Fensterscheibe oder Innenrollo.Lampen leider alle nicht dimmbar, daher sehr helle Beleuchtung.
