Large apartment in the village center with direct access to ski and hiking trails

Our 125 m2 apartment is comfortable, ideally located in the heart of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park, and the village of Prémanon. At 100m you will find local shops, grocery store with bread depot, hairdresser, small restaurant at lunchtime at Paupotte. Also the start of the cross-country ski trails and hiking trails, a toboggan run, the departure of the ski bus to access the alpine ski slopes (2km also easy to get there by car) and the Paul Emile Victor center with museum and natural ice rink! The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which is in the center of the apartment, without windows but cozy. In the living room a large sofa bed with a real mattress of 13cm, and a two-seater sofa bed, the latter rather recommended for children. Two bathrooms, two toilets, a large kitchen and an entrance with a rack for ski storage. A large terrace is also at your disposal, with barbecue. We can accommodate eight people comfortably, ten maximum. A space in a covered and closed parking lot can also be made available. Sheets are provided on request for 20€ per bed to be paid on site, as well as the cleaning fee 80€ if needed. Ideally give us back the accommodation clean. Thank you!
