The Villa de l'Soleile is located in Loire Atlantique on the Jade Coast, opposite the island of Noirmoutier, in the typical and preserved village of Préfailles. Sea view and very well equipped, it has everything you need for an exceptional stay for 10 people. You will appreciate its superb services (seasonal swimming pool, terrace, beach, proximity to the village...), its exceptional environment and all its very functional equipment for a family stay.

This bright and quiet house consists of a dining room, an open kitchen opening onto a sun terrace, a cocooning living room with table football, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Garden furniture, deckchairs, outdoor table, high chair and travel cot are at your disposal
disposition.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. You must have your own beach towels.

Operation with key box possible.

Swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th and usable from 9am to 9pm.
It is the responsibility of the tenant to take all necessary precautions regarding the use of the pool.

We have taken over from the previous owners whose rental of the villa was very popular (9 reviews with a score of 9.4/10). We will continue the rental with the same quality requirements.
Make yourself comfortable in this villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très agréable, idéalement situé à proximité de la mer. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine, du barbecue et des transats tout au long du week-end. La communication avec l'hôte a également été très fluide et agréable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique maison spacieuse au bord de la mer. Tout était réuni pour un week-end parfaites : le calme, le confort et un cadre exceptionnel. La piscine est un véritable plus, idéale pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée.La maison est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux ainsi que la proximité de la mer qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.Un endroit reposant et chaleureux que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Belle maison un peu vieillotte mais avec beaucoup de charme et très calme. Une belle pièce de vie très ensoleillée donnant sur la mer et la piscine chauffée.( très appréciée par nos petits enfants) possibilité de garer les voitures devant la maison.Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire.

Très très jolie maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour à 10, sans se marcher dessus ! Elle donne envie de revenir pour approfondir la découverte de cette belle région. Petite remarque que j'ai oubliée de vous dire de vive voix: voyez s'il est possible de sécuriser un peu plus la descente d'escalier vers le jardin et la piscine car la main courante n'est pas très stable et comme nous étions avec des personnes d'un certain âge, ça s'est vu ;-) A part ce détail, tout était nickel ! Un énorme merci pour votre accueil.
