Located in a privileged location, literally on the Source cliff and overlooking the famous Margaret Beach, this small architect-designed villa, fully renovated and measuring 75 m², has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Here, relaxation, gastronomy, shore fishing, walks along the coastal path, hiking, water sports and other outdoor leisure activities will delight both young and old...



In addition to its terrace garden with an unobstructed view of Noirmoutier, you will discover an open living area with a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, small oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle. You will also enjoy an unobstructed view for your meals from the living-dining room. A utility room with a washing machine and an Italian-style shower room with WC complete the ground floor.

On a half-landing, you will find an independent WC, an independent bathroom, a double bedroom (160), a double bedroom (140) and a room with two beds (80), where the suspended bed is intended solely for a child.



For your comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a fire pit are provided.
