A small, perfectly laid-out, very well-equipped and comfortable house in the countryside. A bright living space opens onto the terrace through French doors, and there is parking within the fenced property. Three bedrooms and five beds, Wi-Fi and wired internet access, a fully equipped kitchen – a perfect place to get together and enjoy the local events and festivals. We offer individual meals (8€) and desserts (4€) in jars for your on-site dining (you can choose your meal before arrival, and pay on-site). A bar-restaurant and bread vending machine are located in the village of Ampoigné, 2km away. All shops and services are available in Craon (9.6km) and Château-Gontier (11km).

For your outings: Hikes starting from Ampoigné - Craon with its 19th-century castle, the Laval/La Rincerie greenway - Château-Gontier: gardens, historic center, national theater, museums, marina with bike, boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals and its open-air café, the Vélo Francette towpath - In Cossé-le-Vivien, the Robert Tatin Museum with its giant sculptures - La Rincerie leisure park (21 km) with a swimming lake, wake park, swin golf, and bicycles.

Business stay: Maximum 5 adults - One cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights is mandatory. The cottage is located on the owners' property, fully fenced grounds with security cameras. Privacy is limited by opaque windows on the north-facing facade and vegetation.

The cottage is on two levels, facing south. LEVEL 0: Entrance hall and fully equipped kitchen (11.8m²) with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker, blender, indoor/outdoor electric griddle, raclette grill, and crepe maker. Living room with dining and lounge areas, sofa, and television. Bedroom 1 (13.6m²) with a 160x200cm bed and storage. Separate WC with washbasin.

LEVEL 1: Hallway. Bedroom 2 (11.2m²) with two 90x200cm beds and storage. Bedroom 3 (10.2m²) with two 90x200cm beds, storage, a desk, and an armchair. Shower room with washbasin, walk-in shower, and hairdryer. Separate WC.

Baby equipment: travel cot with mattress, booster seat and high chair, portable baby bath, changing mat, potty.
Wi-Fi and one RJ45 socket in each bedroom and the living room.
Private 55m² terrace in front of the house, accessible from the living room, with chairs and a table for meals, and three sun loungers.
Two parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the cottage.

INCLUDED: made beds, towels, kitchen linen, electricity, and heating.
OPTIONAL: cleaning €60 (one fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights, mandatory for business travelers).
SUPPLEMENT: one pet maximum €7/night/pet, subject to the Gîtes de France pet charter.
1-2 night weekend stays: check-in 4 pm - check-out 4 pm.
3 nights or more: check-in 4 pm - check-out 10 am. No steps from the terrace or inside the house. Living area and one bedroom on the ground floor. One toilet with a sink on the ground floor, but no shower room.
