Located in the heart of the bay, this beautiful house offers you a getaway in the heart of nature, just 10 km from Mont Saint-Michel. Surrounded by greenery and with direct access to the salt marshes, it is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful Normandy landscapes. You have direct access to the greenway, allowing you to reach Mont Saint-Michel on foot or by bike, or near the village of Pontaubault, with its bakery.

A spacious and friendly house
This single-storey house, adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM), is ideal for a pleasant stay and accessible to all. It consists of two bedrooms, perfect for families or small groups:

Master bedroom: A large 160 cm bed

Children's room: Equipped with a bunk bed and a drawer bed, perfect for hosting children or friends.

The bright living room is equipped with a sofa bed. You will also find a television for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a welcoming dining area, including a table and six chairs.
The Wi-Fi connection is of perfect quality (fiber optic).

Comfort and well-being
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The house is heated by the floor and offers a very pleasant and warm atmosphere, even in winter!

A neat exterior to recharge your batteries
The fenced land ensures tranquility and privacy. You can park up to two vehicles in the courtyard. You can also enjoy a 500 m² garden with trees, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air. The 100 m² gravelled terrace is equipped with a table, 6 chairs, a parasol, a barbecue and deckchairs. It will be the perfect place for your meals or to simply relax listening to the birds singing.

An authentic and intimate setting:

As a shepherd, I take care of my sheep, which can sometimes be close to the house (separated by a fence). This unique experience makes it a perfect place for animal lovers and those who want to live an authentic and bucolic experience in the countryside.

Possibility to accommodate horses
For horse riding enthusiasts or those traveling with their horses, it is possible to accommodate horses on request. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

Very well situated in a calm yet accessible environment. Full of amazing nature for nature's lovers. we were able to explore the region with ease. Rapheal, the proprietor was very kind, just from the first day we felt welcome and at home for the rest of our stay. he also let us expirience him sort his sheeps and gave us advice on how to explore the region. Die Unterkunft befindet sich unweit vom Mont Saint Michel. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Radfahren und viel Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und standen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben es genossen, die lokale Lebensart authentisch zu erleben.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. Elle est toute neuve, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin et même avoir les moutons juste derrière le grillage quand le berger les a rentrés (pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants!). Nous étions en pleine campagne mais les commerces étaient rapidement accessibles en voiture. Le logement est bien placé pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bel endroit pour décompresser loin du tumulte des villes et de la vie à active. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis dans cette maison très bien aménagée et spacieuse.La baie est fascinante nous avons pu la sillonner tous azimuts avec en arrière plan la silhouette envoûtante du mont Saint Michel.

Un séjour inoubliable

Une belle maison rénovée plantée là, discrètement, dans un écrin de verdure face aux prés salés. L'ambiance est calme. Les paysages magnifiques. On est bien dans ce logement bien conçu (idéal couple avec 2 enfants) et entouré de moutons réputés ! ;-)Mont Saint-Michel à portée de vélo, plages et balades multiples, pas que quoi s'ennuyer !

Court séjour en Normandie

Logement refait à neuf, prestations de qualité, très fonctionnel et bien équipé dans un environnement très calme à une quinzaine de minute du Mont St Michel.Notre hôte s'est montré très disponible pour répondre à nos questions avant notre arrivée et est passé nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée. Superbe séjour ,gîte au calme très bien situé pour visiter la région

Ce gîte tout neuf est très bien situé dans la baie du Mont Saint Michel, au calme avec vue sur les herbus et les moutons de prés salés.Il est très fonctionnel , très propre , bien clos avec un peu de terrain .L'hôte , Raphaël est très accueillant et à l'écoute des demandes et très réactif.Nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons probablement.
