Hotel has a beautiful SPA and comfortable rooms. Noisy from the road. Gowns and slippers are provided, also amazing bag with toiletries and coffee maker available in the room. Additionaly tea/coffee/water available at reception area. Huge benefit - after dinner drink in the lounge was such a treat. Receptionist didn't explain everything on arrival and the restaurant was ok.

Splendid resort. However, the personnel (from the receptionists to the waitresses in the restaurant) overloaded and not very careful in keeping the standard that the level of the hotel requires. Quite upsetting to see people showing up for breakfast and (especially) for dinner in ropes and sleepers, serving themselves by touching food rather than following the required healthy standard using the correct cutlery. The maitre is supposed to monitor more closely what is going on the room.

QC opened this spa in 2019 and created a stunning spa in a former hotel that, although is high quality is in a need of an overhaul. It’s a traditional charming chalet style and the view towards Mont Blanc is something to behold. The downside are unquestionably the rooms. Although charming, they are small and looking tired. The beds themselves are good. Staying guests are generously allowed free access to the spa after arrival as well as after check out the next day. An aperitivo in the spa at 5pm is also included making the stay excellent and decent value. The restaurants dinner service is professional with a good wine list but the food was under par and didn’t meet expectations by some margin, but plenty of dining options in nearby courmayeur. I would stay here again. Despite the disappointing rooms the spa facilities and quality makes up for this.

We enjoyed our stay at QC Terme. The thermal pools and saunas were a bit hit after a hard days skiing . We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour in our bath robes. The language was a challenge as I don't speak Italian and the staff speak very little English . We were fortunate that our daughter speaks good Italian. The restaurant was average and almost empty when we went. The better dining is in town. The room was lovely but the bathroom was awkward. The tiny shower over a tiny tub with rounded bottom was almost dangerous. Overall I'd be happy to go back.
