The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Praz-sur-Arly, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 37 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 37 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of 7 m², facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant environment, 700 meters from the ski lifts, in the center of the village. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing is offered to you on the ski area Diamant with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding ... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach of the Flumet lake for a swim, go for a trail or climbing on the site of the Carrière or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. New swimming lake : aqualudic course, floating games, accrobranche, tyrolienne... Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon cheese!

Transportation :
- You can park directly in the private parking of the residence. An outside numbered place is available for the accommodation.
- Regular bus lines : Line to Sallanches (SNCF station) and line to Megève
- Nearest train stations: Sallanches train station at 17 km, Albertville train station at 30 km
- The best solution for a greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).

Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Access to a ski room in the basement
- Bed linen included but towels not included
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
