The private pool, beautifully integrated into the landscape, offers an ideal setting to cool off and enjoy sunny days in complete privacy. Semi-enclosed 2,000 m² lot with a garage (space to store bikes), a garden shed (not accessible to guests), carport, swimming pool secured by a perimeter alarm and a bar-style cover (dimensions 8x4, max. depth: 1.35 m), pétanque court, plancha grill, and robotic lawn mower. Storage room not accessible to guests. All-inclusive package (€75 cleaning fee included in the price—subject to a security deposit). Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
