The room looks a bit run down. We have been staying at this hotel for years and this was the first time it didn’t feel the same. Carpet squares were not sticking to the floor, room smells musty, chair was partially broken, when moving the chair it would move the carpet squares underneath.

New girl at check in was snapped at by her supervisor when some type of error was made. The breakfast area was not staffed with food running out as well as utensils. Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We were told we had to ask that it be done. We will not return.

Not a bad place to stay. It is geared more for workers that are in the area for a short time. Didnt get to do rhe breakfast due to a surgery check in but it sure smelled good on the way by. Pillows left a lot to be desired.

The lock didn't work on our door. Requested a room with a working lock. Person working came and checked to make sure the lock really didn't work. Deadbolt like lock still didn't work for him, but the flap to keep the door open did. Was told that would be fine to keep the door locked. Asked again for a room with a functioning lock. Was given key to a new room. The new room had dirty towels on the bathroom, and the bed did not appear to have been touched. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We requested our money back and went to another hotel. Had previously stayed when owned by flag point, quality inn was lacking in quality.

Very disappointed

When i got there for check-in and after paid he asked if i had dog i said yesterday but when i booked didn't say anything about extra charges so i had pay 25.00 out of pocket cash for my dog. And got very dirty stained up room and was told these are our rooms for pet owners.and rug was coming up trip couple times they didn't not give me extra towels we stayed 2 days then he pointed we only do housekeeping on Tuesday they never cleaned our room we had to dump our trash. breakfast was like supper foods only had dry eggs polish sausage and potatoes with bell peppers and bread and waffle machine..very disappointed in our stay there for price i paid. Name on motel didn't match the app .

A pleasant stay

The front desk staff were very friendly. Check-in process was quick and easy. We had a kingsize bed that was super comfortable. Our room was clean. Nice shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits with sausage gravy, shredded cheese, waffles, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
