The cottage les Lavandes can accommodate 5 people, Located in a small typical Périgord hamlet, 8kms from Sarlat-la-Canéda in the Périgord Noir, ideally located in the center of the largest tourist sites of DORDOGNE and LOT, you can discover the countless castles, Rocamadour, the caves of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers where you can practice canoeing, without forgetting its gastronomy.

On the first floor of this charming house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (traditional ovens and microwave, 4 gas burners, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, ....), a dining room and a living room with fireplace and television.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm x 190 cm) served by a landing with extra bed 90, a bathroom (shower and sink) and separate toilet.

You can of course enjoy the garden with its private swimming pool, a gas barbecue, garden furniture and relaxation.

In low season, oil heating is offered at an additional cost.

Beautiful Gite

We had a lovely week here and really wished we could stay longer. The gite is very comfortable and spacious in beautiful surroundings. Really safe for little ones with gates outside etc. the pool was a real highlight and kept my 5 year old fully entertained for a week. Lots of activities to do nearby, a really family friendly are.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison de caractère, très propre, aux murs épais où nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur du séjour en période de canicule. La piscine et ses jets est également très appréciable. La maison est idéalement située à 6 kms de Sarlat et proche des Eyzies et des nombreux jardins et châteaux à visiter comme Beynac, Castelnaud et les Milandes. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur sympathie, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Semaine dans la campagne sarladaise

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans le gite les lavandes. Vaste maison avec terrasse,piscine independante coin exterieur pour les barbecues tout à fait conforme àl annonce.... Gite situé en pleine campagne et à 10 minutes de Sarlat en voiture.

Jolie maison avec piscine à remous privative, assez proche des sites touristiques, voiture nécéssaire, commerces de proximité à environ 5klm. Petit bémol, manque de verres (bière et vin) et serviettes de douche

Nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances dans le gite d'Eric. Maison bien equipée et fonctionnelle. Les exterieurs sont agreables, nous avons apprécié égalément la situation ideal de ce logement.

Très bonne semaine

Maison très bien équipée ; piscine, abri extérieur et jardin très agréables. Un accueil chaleureux de la maman de 82 ans, qui est d’une grande gentillesse. Notre hôte a encore plein d’idées pour améliorer la maison. Nous recommandons vivement cette demeure.
