The location allows easy access to the National Preserve of Casentino, to Mount Falterona (where the Arno river is originate) as well as the beautiful art cities of the region such as Arezzo and Florence, both within 45 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished, fenced-in garden with lawn, terraces and a nice private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10), open-air shower (warm water) near the pool, barbecue.
Parking within the grounds.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week (payment on site).
Distances: Pratovecchio with general stores and train station is within walking distance, 500 meters away, Poppi (with golf course) 6 km, the lovely town of Arezzo 40 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km away.
