Hotel was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The Expedia website offered this room to 3 people, but there were only 2 twin beds. Our 9 year old had to sleep between us, so it was a bit cramped for 3 people to sleep in what amounted to a double bed. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. The front desk staff could learn to smile and be a bit more friendly, with the exception of one person. I was told his name is Moe and he is fantastic! Very friendly, helpful, customer-service oriented, and gave us tips on free parking in the area. It was a small room, but it served our needs for the 4 days that we were there and the price was reasonable.

Excellent, high quality hotel. Clean, well maintained, helpful staff who spoke English. The area is residential and businesses so very quiet. I would recommend if you want to be away from the bustle if the city centre It is however well outside the main centre of prague, approximately 25mins on the metro. There are teo metro stations close by so its not an issue

We travelled from the United States and stayed for 9 nights at Zleep in Prague while visiting our daughter . We stayed in an accessible room due to my husband being an amputee. The bathroom was absolutely perfect for a disabled person with a shower seat and grab bars as well as being spacious enough to get a wheelchair in and out . The bed was very comfortable and we got an extra pillow when we asked . Very quiet . The staff speak English , they are very helpful and friendly . The breakfast was very good , pancakes, cereal, granola , yogurt , assorted breads and pastries , fruit and vegs, meat and cheese. , and again - the breakfast area is spacious enough for a wheelchair to get around . There are just 4 hangers in the room but we had brought our own travel hangers so was not a problem for us . There are menus for snacks and drinks available at the reception. There is a supermarket walking distance . We enjoyed our stay . Would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend.
