The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful. Hamdin helped us to book our train tickets to Munich, saving us lots of monies while Vojta made coffee for us at the lobby and helped with our heavy luggage. Highly recommended to all travellers for their convenient location, helpful staff and clean room.

Nice helpful staff. Room was spacious and well appointed. Great breakfast the best of my 8 day Europe stay. Best of all amazing location ou are in the heart of everything a 2 min walk to anatomical clock it’s right on the edge of old town square.

Great stay in old town prague

They have a wonderful 2 story option where bedroom and bath is upstairs and bottom floor is a big living room w mini fridge kettle coffee maker etc and sofa bed . Very close to old town /clock etc…everything within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night on our way home! This time we got a 1 story room and it was equally charming if not more! Rooms have windows that can open and fans for summer. Only negative Is bathtubs which can be high and difficult to get into if you are of a certain age or disabled. We were able to book a tour right here at hotel - though tourist info is not far and church in front has concerts and you can sometimes hear the music from the bedrooms! Lastly refreshments in lobby are free!

We stayed for three nights at Ventana Hotel in the loft room. The room was amazing - incredibly spacious and well furnished. The hotel is located right on the main square, so it’s a perfect base for exploring the city. We just had one minor let down. The listing says the hotel has a bar, but it’s just a small fridge in the reception area to help yourself to free drinks and snacks. It’s not a big problem in a city like Prague that has no shortage of bars and pubs.

Classy, classic and clean

The hotel has a wonderful classic vibe, with friendly and attentive staff. The deluxe loft room was spotless and the rest of the hotel in good condition. The breakfast was quality but please get an additional/larger toaster! The location of the hotel is perfect with most of the main points of interest being a short walk. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.
