The location and staff upon checking in were great. The room and hotel area were ok but not secure as we found a homeless person sleeping in the hall next to the security door. Need to fix the big security doors from the street to prevent this from happening again.

In a great location as it's close to Old Town and Charles Bridge. Can be a little loud with the street noise. The Chocolate Cafe at the ground level is wonderful but maybe too tempting ;-). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It is a very cool building, 15th century. My room was neat and clean, good bathroom. Rate was very good for location and high season. It is however a barebones hotel. No staff to help if you need anything. Plenty of food options close by. When walking to my room done the street 50 or 60 yards to show me to my room, the guy did not even offer to help with bags. There is no elevator to the rooms, so be advised, the stairs are steep.

Location was perfect. Check in was confusing. Needed info on where to go to check in. Office was a few buildings down the street. Had to ask a restaurant if they knew where we were suppose to be. Otherwise once we got settled room was fine. Room did have air-conditioning, good thing since street noise was loud.

Great central location , super quiet, hotel staff helpful and unintrusive. wonderful places very close- visit coffee Deeamond caffe, bakery and breakfast place Vypecena matka bistro cafe. Would highlt recommend the hotel if looking for something basic, clean , quiet and good location.
