Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Great location, within walking distance to transit/restaurants/convenience stores and transit. The room was very lovely and clean and the bed super comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Friendly, informative, and even surprised us with a welcome bottle of Champagne for my Husband's birthday. Great stay, would highly recommend it!!

We really enjoyed the concept of the hotel. It was a stylish and elegant one. Just the size of the room was a little bit small for three people although it wasn't a standard room. The breakfast was great and very clean. All the workers in the kitchen were wearing gloves and paying a special attention to your comfort.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Cannot fault it in any way. Walking in it felt like a resort, it smelled amazing, the ambiance was calm and relaxed. Check in smooth, room was beautiful, plenty of space and amenities. Breakfast was superb, a huge range of food options. Fresh drinking water available in reception, comfortable lounging spaces. We sat in the secret garden one evening and enjoyed our complimentary Prosecco. Overall highly recommended. Very convenient for the tram. Restaurants nearby was great too.
