Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly and helpful, only drawback was hotel had limited restaurants the surrounding area but had a tram located adjacent to the hotel which helped overcome that issue

The hotel was in a geat location walking distance of everyrhing if you like to walk like me, room was comfortable but the cleanning of the room was no too good i did tell the front desk but nothing was fix, breakfast was really good and tasty but i think for dinner and breakfast they dont have to many staff soo service is very slow. For the price was good

Very nice parks and sightseeing within walking and biking. Ebikes Prague rents bikes, so we could go around the river. Beautiful. Bring comfy shoes or the cobblestones will kill you.

Really eclectic hotel - super fun! Enjoyed the games (foosball and Pool) and the vibe of the place. Comfortable clean rooms and right next to the tram for easy access to surrounding areas. One point is the breakfast, is repetitive so for stays longer than 2 days it gets quite monotonous, would be lovely if they offered omelettes and not just the mass produced scrambled eggs - but croissants made up for this, they were great!!

The decor and the theme is nice. The restaurant is way over priced, the food is average. The room service food ordering doesnt exist. The cleaning people for the rooms do not clean well at all even if leaving them money. Was afraid to walk barefoot in the rooms. Not enough lighting in the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We did not take breakfast option but we saw the buffet and it looked very good. We had to ask for new towels daily but it wasnt a problem. Tram is ver convenient, right outside of hotel so that was best feature .

Mama Shelter was a funny and quirky hotel that we overall enjoyed. Our room was large, clean, and mostly comfortable, aside from struggling to get the room temperature to cool down for sleep. It was easy to get to-from old town Prague on public transportation, and there were lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby (we recommend Cafe 7 across the street!). The staff was kind and helpful. We recommend it!
