I booked on the expedia app a “superior or twin room” and got a tiny room with one bed. Went to the front desk for an explanation and was told in a very rude manner that that was it, beds are not guaranteed and that I should take it or leave it. Expedia raised my complain to the hotel management and were told that at this hotel “superior” room was the equivalent to “standard”. Peculiar version of the English language they use. Future passengers: be aware of this Bait and Switch scam on what otherwise would have been a good stay.

The hotel was kept very clean and the rooms were also spotless. The happy hour needs to have a wider range and not just cocktails. The restaurant menu was very limited.

The staff were all excellent and attentive. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Not the biggest room I've stayed in but it was only me so ample. The breakfast was ok. On my last day I was asked to join a second breakfast room at a different side of the building. The walk didn't bother me but they had a limited selection compared to the main room.

This was second time staying at this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly, rooms were clean, nice location. Walking distance to old town, all shops, restaurants, tourist attractions When I booked the room, booked WTH breakfast (even have a picture that shows breakfast was included) but when tried to have breakfast, we were told that breakfast was not included and Expedia had sent them the wrong code. It was disappointing, but I believe this was Expedia’s mess up, tried to get a hold of them while we were there but were not successful so we ended up having breakfast outside, paid 17 euros for one breakfast that we had at the hotel. I do recommend to book with breakfast included as it is a complete, good breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was central, we were able to walk from the train station there, to old town and the castle. They had an excellent breakfast that was included in our rate too. A good value overall.
