It was very clean. Breakfast and coffee very good. Good location close and walkable to everything. Shower over the bath leaked. Room not super luxurious but for the time we were there was adequate. Lobby bar nice for drinks.

The hotel was really good. It was easy to find from the Muzeum Metro stop. Reception staff were friendly and quick. The room and shower was great with good free shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. If I had to pick 2 things; the room could have done with a central light, as with all lights and the TV on it was still gloomy. Also some of the breakfast staff were a bit quick in trying to take plates away when I was still eating! Otherwise I will definitely stay here again.

My stay at the K+K Hotel Fenix was very pleasant, my room was clean and a decent size for the price, hotel staff were polite and welcoming and there was good range of foods at breakfast. Conveniently situated to the city's centre, Metro and the National Museum the K+K Hotel Fenix is worthy of its 4 rating

Hotel ideal location for us, staff super friendly and helpful, room cleaned each of the four nights we were there. I’ve stayed here twice, and my experiences were very different. On my first stay, everything was excellent. I landed around 9:30 AM, and they kindly checked me in very early! I even received the champagne perk from Expedia. The room on the 1st floor was quiet, clean, comfortable, and really perfect. It set the bar very high. My second stay was less positive. I arrived late at night (around midnight) and had trouble with the key card system not working. The night porter had to help me into the room, which unfortunately smelled strongly of smoke. I requested to be moved, but the second room also smelled like smoke and was very loud due to being next to a disco. I barely got any rest that night, which was disappointing. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, within easy walking distance of many sights, and surrounded by cafés and restaurants. The first experience is why I booked it again. Overall, I’d call it a mixed bag. This hotel can be wonderful under the right circumstances. I really liked the first night. I think the first-floor rooms might be ideal.
