The room and staff were very good. I did not enjoyed the restaurant and later the cafe on the second level because the music was unbecoming of the fine place. It had too much beat, little melody and it was too loud.

Excellent location, right in the middle of tourist areas. The room I booked was not for me personally, spoken to reception, manager immediately gave me options to choose from two room which were available with little extra charge. Room size, bathroom and the passage were excellent. Enjoyed my stay in the room and in hotel. Only one negative there was lack of breakfast for vegetarian.

Met EVERY expectation and then some! Will absolutely stay here in the future and will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Prague. The room accommodations (rainfall showerhead, available grounded outlets, and quiet rooms/halls) are exactly what we wanted. The staff was great as well. We especially enjoyed the Cold War Museum underneath the hotel (really great tour guides).

Upon entering the room, I realized they didn’t have a bathtub, which was something I was looking for no big deal. The man at the front desk helped us immediately to make that accommodation providing excellent service, clean room, and a stunning view from the balcony.

The staff were amazing in this hotel, they allowed us to check in before 12pm on the day we arrived rather than the normal check in time at 2pm. The room was nice and bathroom facilities were good. Great water pressure in the shower. Would have liked plugs closer to the mirror or add a mirror above the table next to plugs for a hairdryer. Very comfy beds and had a good sleep throughout my stay. Great location near all the shops and restaurants. 2 min walk from the metro with great connections around Prague. 2 min walk to tram stops including historical tram 42. Luggage storage available all day as we had a late flight.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Jalta Hotel. Ideal location on Wencelslas Square. Short walk from Railway Station /AirPort Express and Metro. Easy walking to Old Town and main tourist attractions. Comfortable. clean, airy bedroom and bathroom. Buffet breakfast included, excellent value, more than adequate hot and cold selection. Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Special mention to Manager and Viktor at reception, who were particularly helpful with onwards travel arrangements. I look forward to staying here again and will recommend to family and friends visiting Prague.

Positives. Close to old town, plenty of restaurants, shops and trams if you can understand the system. Hotel was dated but comfortable. Customer service needs much improvement. Breakfast included which was ok, this is located in the bar with access door in hotel lobby. Negatives. On a very very noisy busy street, building work going on, lots of dust. Joy riders in cars evening, revving cars and speeding around. Police, ambulance fire engine sirens. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. If you want a relaxing stay this location isn’t for you.

I booked this last minute after I checked into a different hotel in Prague that was absolutely horrible but luckily this one saved the day. The bed is very comfy and the room is nice and spacious, there’s a minibar and kettle with tea and coffee. One thing, it’s in a not totally ideal area, very touristy and it gets loud outside at night. I am an incredibly deep sleeper and I use earplugs when I sleep but I was woken up at 4am by drunken tourists shouting outside. Other than the location, it is a great hotel.
