Every night, hear a loud conversation in the hallway. Elevators are old and slow. A bad odor in the hallway. Staff are friendly and try to help with any questions.

The staff at the front desk were excellent: very friendly and helpful. The location is great, within seconds of a metro station and a huge shopping mall. We were unfortunately disappointed with the room. There was a smudge on the carpet, dust on the surfaces and several hairs in the bed. Overall not critical for a 1-night stay, but cleanliness is the first thing you look for in a hotel.

Just off a busy major street. Trams, buses, and shopping center (including an Albert supermarket) just a block away, as well as fast food options. The room was clean, modern, and perfect for a short stay. Shower was excellent, bed was extra firm. A/C and a window that opens. Would definitely stay there again.
Unless you need a fridge or microwave, this room fill the needs.

It says this is a 3 start hotel but it felt more like a 2 star hotel. The room was very small and basic. When you open the shower door, it hits the toilet, that's how small the bathroom is. The mattress/bedding kept sliding off the bed because it wasn't a normal mattress, they put a thin mattress on top of the bed frame, and the pillows were super soft and mushy providing no support. I had a rental car and I paid to park across the street. Parking access at the hotel was challenging and also expensive. Breakfast is not included with the room price. Positive notes: 3 minutes walk to a massive mall with anything you need including groceries, it was pretty quiet in the room. Front desk staff were friendly.
