The price for location was excellent. Very easy to get to main tourist attractions using Andel metro. Also next to a large shopping mall if you need to buy anything. The room was very clean. I didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The bed was hard so be warned if you need something softer. I didn’t use the tv so no comment. The shower was good. No mini fridge but snacks are in the lobby. Better to go to the tesco in the mall next door though.

Nice place to stay. The room was clean and looked good. The bed was comfortable. The location felt very safe. Staff were friendly and spoke English. There is a shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. The old town and other tourist hotspots are easily accessible via transit, with tram/train stops about 5 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast was available for a fee (300 CZH) and offered a decent variety of options. Overall the hotel was a great value for the price.

Every night, hear a loud conversation in the hallway. Elevators are old and slow. A bad odor in the hallway. Staff are friendly and try to help with any questions.

The staff at the front desk were excellent: very friendly and helpful. The location is great, within seconds of a metro station and a huge shopping mall. We were unfortunately disappointed with the room. There was a smudge on the carpet, dust on the surfaces and several hairs in the bed. Overall not critical for a 1-night stay, but cleanliness is the first thing you look for in a hotel.
