The hotel itself was good. Slightly old, but well kept and in a nice area. Great location with many options for food nearby as well as only being about a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and about 15 minutes to Old Town. The breakfast was okay, a lot of options however the meat was cold and the scrambled eggs were not good quality. The room service was good as well, quite a few heaters and extra blankets were given if asked.

The location is very good and easily walkable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very nice. However, accessibility could be improved. To access the floors you have to take stairs, which can be inconvenient when traveling with luggage.

We have just returned from our trip to Prague, where we stayed at the William Hotel. We had an extremely unpleasant stay due to several serious issues: 1. First, the bed was not properly covered with a clean sheet. Instead, there was a short blanket, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and comfort. 2. Second, the floor throughout the entire room made loud creaking noises. This caused significant disturbance, especially in the evenings when others were sleeping. It was extremely annoying and unacceptable. 3. Third, there was a central white ceiling light that would suddenly turn on during the night when someone moved out of the bed. This made the entire room bright and woke us up several times, resulting in very poor sleep. 4. Additionally, the bathroom sink was very dirty and constantly filled with standing water, which again reflects a lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance. 5. Furthermore, the room had an insufficient number of electrical outlets. We were forced to charge our mobile phones far from the bed, which is very unprofessional for a hotel room. 6. Finally, we had no hot water in the bathroom, especially during the evenings. I was unable to take a single proper shower during the entire stay. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. If you want to be respected and have a good experience, you should NOT stay at this hotel.

No parking were visible, clean room but the building is old. The elevator is in between 2 floors. Like 3rd floor get off or get on elevator is in between 4th and 3rd floor. You stil need to climb or go down 1 flight of stairs. But the front desk offered the help with your luggage’s. Metro stop is right in front of the hotel. Dinings options all within close distance. Easy walk to Lennon wall, and the Charlie Bridge

I liked this place primarily because the neighborhood and fairly close to the River. They had a free breakfast which was good. However my room was right on the street and even though it had a nice park hill view, the tram that ran all night off and on, and I didn’t get much sleep.

Hotel William in Malá Strana

We stayed at Hotel William for two nights. We liked that the hotel was in Malá Strana, away from the massive crowds in Old Town. The room in which we stayed was spacious, but there were a few things that were not in good condition. Firstly, the door handle fell off as we opened the door, the curtains were not the same length, and the end attachment for the towel bar was loose. Small things that can be quickly and easily fixed. The breakfast the first morning lacked fruit of any sort, so I was happy to see lots of fresh fruit the next morning. Otherwise the breakfast had lots of nice options, both hot and cold.
