For a stay in old town Prague this has to be the hotel of choice. Professional and attentive staff, pristine rooms, excellent and varied breakfast options and very reasonably priced. Advice from staff on things to do in town was perfect, from museums to music concerts. And I chatted to the owner, Frank, who is a real professional, clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again when next in Prague. Highly recommended!

Our arrival at Hotel Agnes did not begin well. We were booked into last room on top floor. One had to be careful not to hit head on ceiling when getting out of bed. Also the elevator only goes to third floor and stair way for an older adult (me) was dangerous. The next day we were moved to first floor room and from that moment on, our stay was perfect. The staff were so helpful, we were given a free ride to train station when we departed. Nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but would not want to stay on 4th floor unless I was younger.
