The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The garden was a nice extra. The location was okay but we stayed at another place by the river at the beginning of our trip and I preferred that location. There was a lot of construction in the area (especially at Wenceslas Square which was basically inaccessible). But this was a good choice near the train station at a very reasonable price.

excellent location, easy PIN code access - nice little courtyard garden to sit and relax - a real peaceful oasis in the middle of town - easy access to metro and trams to anywhere and the main train station and bus station by metro. Loads of places to eat and late night food options. Mild issues - breakfast was repetitive - in the last hour things were not refilled much - generally wasnt much staff around at breakfast - check in was super quick (had done their online check in) - the coffee machine Nespresso, was leaking water, but it was on a tray so it was a bother - TV channels quite limited - but again not a big issues. The pillow were a bit soft - but these are just minor issues - would be good to keep milk sachets for coffee out in the reception area for easy access even when no receptionist around at night.

Breakfast was good with many options location is great staff helpful and answered basic questions. They do speak English but do not expect fluency. They don't have a proper place to store luggage they just kind of leave them in the lobby. The hotel does not have elevator which could be problem for accessibility.

Great Place Near Lots of Attractions

We did only one night here and wish we stayed the whole time we were in Prague. Very friendly receptionist and hotel has all the basic things, including delciious breakfast. Definitely worth it!

Very cozy hotel, with a small garden right outside the rooms. Breakfast area was small, but the staff was refelling and cleaning the whole time. Central but still not to noisy.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I lost something and he went out of his way to help me fill out the lost form online. Thank you for being so kind to a very weary traveller. The room was small but clean. It was good for our stay. The breakfast was very good. Lots of good choices. Will definitely stay there again.

garden rooms nice. location was good nice and quiet but only short walk to main squarenot sure on the key code system as took a number of atempts to get to work on the main door at night. Breakfast had a goood choice
