The location is great. The hotel was close to Charles Bridge and just behind hotel you get excellent view of Prague Castle. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods and was always good. The staff at breakfast and the front desk were accommodating and friendly. We asked for extra night and front desk rate was higher than Expedia rate so added extra night via Expedia. The reason for not giving 5 stars was that our room was in the attic so there were two dormer windows that were very small. For some reason we weren’t able to get the temperature right for sleeping at night. Although we had a cool breeze from the windows, the room was on warmer side during the night.

We loved our stay in this well-located classy boutique hotel that is so close to everything--starting with the Charles Bridge. Special thanks to the Assistant Manager Hendrick who was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. This is a charming hotel with a classy flare. We loved visiting Prague and plan to stay here again if we return

No air conditioning, no Fan , no windows to get fresh air!! The heating was on and there was no way to turn a fan or cooler on, too hot at nights. Not a comfortable weather inside the room. They should not mislead by saying it has air conditioning, as there is no control over the temperature and they should put a fan at least! Not happy with my stay and will not book this hotel again!

We had a lovely stay at Bookquet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Karolina, who was really lovely at breakfast times. We were upgraded to a junior suite when we arrived, which gave us a lot of space. Prague is a great city with really clean streets and a lovely open feel.

Truely Exceptional!!

We stayed at for 4 nights and felt very happy that we chose this hotel. Absolutely beautiful inside, very clean throughout! Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was great too with a good spread. Could not have asked for a better location, Charles bridge was at 3mins walk, at the heart of old town! We will definitely go back!!

Great location, but found it to be a bit of a tourist trap. Charged €50/night for an extra person and tried to charge us for socks that we didn’t take from the room- after I checked out no less. Ended up getting the socks refunded but seems like they’ll try to take advantage of you if you’re English-speaking. Otherwise, good hotel in a great location.
