A good hotel with excellent condition. Not too far from the main tourist areas but far enough to be away from the noise We had an issue at the hotel which was quickly resolved and the staff were very friendly and accommodating

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all sites. The staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was very good - lots of variety and a great omelet station.

No complaints. Good location, staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast options were decent. The room was clean and spacious. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because I’m comparing the aesthetics of this hotel with 5 stars in far East Asian which are a lot more opulent.

This hotel was amazing! The room was great and large, and customer service was polite and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area that is close to main attractions in Prague and transport was within easy reach too. We had no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend.

Breakfast bad,quality poor.five star hotel should know I they make omelettes.no complimentary water in the room ,you have to buy for 6$ a small bottle of water five star hotel normally provide water complimentary.they don’t make the room even if there’s a note that says pls clean the room .other then that front desk employees are wonderful.but breakfast service in the dining room was bad.great place to visit Prague enjoy very much touring the city.
