We got the specialist room in the deluxe room for for of our family we had a great balcony with view of the city. The WIFI signal in our floor fas faulty. It was a great experience.

The check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and courteous. There was a wide range of breakfast options in a modern setting. The location of the hotel meant transport links were easy with a large shopping centre nearby. The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day with the air conditioning adjustable to the right temperature. I was very satisfied with our stay and overall visit to Prague.

Room was clean breakfast was great location was great. The hotel decor is really dated looking. The breakfast is chaotic. The room was also cold with no option to increase temperature. I’d describe this hotel and tacky and dated. But the service was really great.

Only one issue me and the wife had with our stay.. its the mattress.. its very uncomfortable maybe we had a very old mattress.. its something that you dont want when you go holiday that requires walking and you go back to the hotel to sleep in a bad uncomfortable bed..
