We arrived and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. The set up they provided for my five year old son was so special. Staff were generally good but waited over 5 mins to check in despite 2 staff on concierge doing nothing, then cleaners forget to replace milk and took 15 mins to get it delivered. Add to that the smallest bath ever made and cheap bathroom oils. I just expected more from a suite. Very average all round

It's The Four Seasons, how can you ever go wrong?

The Four Seasons hotel is always the best anywhere in the world when you stay in a city that has one. Extremely expensive compared to other places in city center for what you get, but if you want guaranteed 5 star service, The Four Seasons never fails.
