This hotel is outstanding, the staff are very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is old world charm. The breakfast is everything you need to start the day but the room feels like fine dining and the staff are amazing there. Short walk to the city centre and all the sites. This hotel is a real gem. It has significant history in time and place and with significant patrons over the years. The staff was exceptional at the reception, the door and the bar/restaurant. The location was perfect, close to everything, including the main railway station, the National Museum and the State Opera. Could walk to most famous sites. The breakfast was exceptional, plentiful, with many choice on the menu. When I go back to Prague I will surely stay in the Esplanade.

Excellent location. Minutes walk from the main train station. Stuff is very friendly. But the facility of the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel, is not good. Air conditioner does not work. Shower corner is super small. There is no coffee maker in the room.
