I usually dont write such a negative review but I paid good money during Jan for this room. The property definitely is ideally located but we as a couple found that the room inspite having a smart TV and led mirror, the furniture, the bed, and the room was old with no frames or pictures with just plain walls. It was musty, a fridge that was not cooling; We did not even see a phone to call reception. it was just old run down furniture with damaged door handles and it looked so blant, we even reporter to the manager but he said he will look into tomorrow which never happened. In the middle of the night, I had to even to get rid of those crawly bugs that comes when old clothes are piled up. To add to it, there was drilling on the walls which was not great for a good days rest. For what hotel shows, the room was just plain white walls with bulky wooden furniture all cramped together. Not a great experience for the price they charge, The room was nothing like the beautiful historical hotel you walk into outside. The house keeping staff are very sweet and breakfast was lovely too.

The room was very clean and the location was great for walking across the bridge. The hotel stay inside felt like a castle with high ceilings, crown moldings into the ceilings, and renissance style pictures hung in the hallways. Doors are somewhat like vault doors. Interesting place to stay, not super plush but comfortable. The front desk gentleman was super nice and helpful. Our main language is English and we could communicate very easily with him as we don’t speak their native language in Prague.

We stayed in the Castle View Prestige suite. The room was spacious and the sofa bed on the lower level was a good size and a double bed on the upper level. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect with the Old Town just 8 mins walk and Charles Bridge less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

The receptionist, the restaurant staff. I suggest that all rooms should be equipped with the following. Iron and ironing board, body moisturising lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The housekeeping lady on day 2 of our stay wanted to clean the room, we asked if she could come back half an hour later, but she just said no.

Excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very informative, explaining the hotel’s facilities in detail and even providing me with a guide for sightseeing. Honestly, in most hotels I’ve stayed at, this level of attention is not very common. The treatment was exceptional and very warm.
