Lovely staff. Our TV and entertainment system did not work. They brought Apple TV into the room which solve that problem. However, of the two phones we had one had to be removed because it was beeping constantly and the other one did not work the entire time. To do anything like room service, ask for Bell anything I had to call on my cell phone which was really inconvenient. There were some apologies but no effort whatsoever to move our room or to upgrade or to simply deliver a fruit basket. It was really inconvenient and I did not think it lived up to a five star rating in any sense of the word. It was a bit conventional and not creative. The staff was lovely but didn't escalate any issues to management And sort of just apologized. Our other lovely hotels in Prague to stay at the four seasons and others and if you want five star service and accommodations I would check elsewhere

Walkable to the Prague Castle. Beautiful spacious rooms. Lovely & accommodating staff. Picked us up at the airport, dropped our daughter at her apartment for her study abroad program & gave wonderful suggestions of what to do! This hotel was absolutely beautiful and historic. It was in a great location to walk to all the other historical sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds and rooms were comfortable.
