The owner was very polite, kind, and helpful. The room had a nice recommendation note for restaurant, grocery, supermarket with wifi login. I went to one of the recommended restaurants, and it was great. One minor thing was the water pressure was too low so it was hard to take a shower. I'm very small so it was ok for me to stay in a small space, but if you are big, it's hard. Also, it was hard to open a suitcase since the space was limited. Overall very nice area to stay.

Excellent location! Booked a single room, was small but had everything I needed. Stayed during July and no air conditioning but the room was still comfortable. Did have an elevator. Water pressure was a little low but not a deal breaker. Traveled alone and this was perfect for one person. Really enjoyed the property! Would definitely stay again.

Martin’s accommodations were spectacular. Everything was exactly as described and the room was well maintained and very clean. It is in a beautiful historical building that’s been newly renovated. They are actual apartments and there is no lobby so be sure to call him when you arrive to be let in. It is in the heart of old town and a corner away from the astronomical clock! There are so many restaurants nearby and you’ll be in the buzzling city within minutes. Everything was close by which I loved! i recommend the small cafe on right of the apartment for coffee and pastries - most places don’t open until later but they open at 7 am! Lovely stay with great and clean accommodations in the best location!

Lovely experience!

I had such a great time! The apartment was bright and open with such a comfy bed and great view. The building is in a prime location. The host was so accommodating and so kind. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Prague. 10/10

lovely apartment

Apartment was lovely. It was the perfect size for 3 of us and amazing location! Would definitely stay here again. Only flaw is there was no curtains or blinds. This didn’t bother me but it bothered my friend who got woken up by the sun coming up. Everything else was perfect.

Great location

The apartment was very central. A few steps outside and you are in the old town square. Extremely clean with all facilities for a self catering property. Had very restful nights after long days. Safe and quiet.

Old Town Prague

The location of the apartment is excellent - about a 3 minute walk to the Old Town Square with the Clock Tower. The host was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well appointed. A great place to stay for a first time in Prague.

Great value with benefits

The location could not be better and the owner is very knowledgeable, helpful and interesting. He is a professional muscian and got me into one of his concerts which was fantastic! Apartment was on the small side but overall a very good value and literally 50 yards from old town square. Price was great too.

A Few Days in a B$B in PRague

The property is very close to the old square in Prague. So location is excellent. I would not stay again. The property would best be thought of as a AirBnB property and not a hotel on Hotels.com or Expedia. The repeated requests to be paid in cash and the complete absence of any documentation (including a receipt) did not sit well with me. There was no air-conditioning and nor was there any servicing of the room at all over the stay period. If location is important then consider this property but do not expect a hotel with a reception desk or the amenities of a regular hotel.

Just around the corner from Christmas Market!

Lovely, cozy apt. The owner greeted us at apt with a very organized file of contact information and necessary info. Bathroom was super! Ample storage and adequate kitchenette. Bakery just downstairs on the corner and more restaurants and shops than you would ever need, all within 5minute radius! If you love walking the city, this is a perfect location! Thank you Martin for a pleasant stay... would love to come back... I LOVED Prague😍

Awesome apartment, great location

Our host was very hospitable and helpful. We even got to see him play violin at a concert in the square. Close to the tourist office and main square. Location is ideal and the apartment is very comfortable and clean. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful apartment in perfect location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is perfectly located in Old Town Prague, next to the square. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Take his restaurant recommendations, they were great! Our apartment featured a lovely balcony facing a courtyard. It was spotless and comfortable, and incredibly quiet at night. We didn't expect this being so close to the main square, but were pleasantly surprised.

Perfect location in Prague!

Location, location, location! First, to reiterate other reviewers, yes the single room is small, but with the toilet and shower separate, those areas aren't too cramped. Also, don't expect normal hotel amenities i.e. daily cleaning & towel change, toiletries, etc. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay! You cannot beat its location around the corner from the Old Square -- it is also really easy to get to from the subway station. In addition to the Old Square, there are several restaurants and bars nearby for eating options (including a bakery next store that's perfect for breakfast). I will say it was a little noisy since I slept with the window open, but nothing unbearable. I had no problem coordinating my arrival with Martin -- he wasn't available but his friend was waiting for me. And Martin invited me to his concert on my last night there so that was an added perk. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Prague!
