Did not stay at the property, but it ended ok
I booked quite last moment and ended up not staying at the property I booked - I was informed it was not available due to 'plumbing issues', but I was offered alternative place they manage.
The property I stayed at was at fairly comparable location even if from different end of the old town and was modern and clean.
The communication was very quick, however the forced change was unsettling as I had limited information about the alternative offered - but luckily in the end, my stay was fine.
