Hello. Water and electricity are included. I have improved the quality of the habitat, work has been carried out: electricity brought up to standard and repainting in the rooms with 9 + 1 bed for 1 baby + beds. Plumbing work in the bathroom and I have someone on site who takes care of hygiene between two rentals. I rent a house in a residential area, In Prades small town in the Pyrenees 50 km from the beach and 100 km from Andorra and 50 kms from the ski slopes, Prades is a sub-prefecture
Fridge, freezer, microwave, crockery, TV, cooking suit, washing machine, a second toilet in the garage. WI-FI BOX installed. TV.
Cinema, swimming pool, river swimming and mountain hikes.
With all amenities, train station, supermarkets and discount.
Not far away: spa towns.
Ethanol station at Super U

Lovers of hiking and sightseeing will be delighted.
The house will need to be clean as you found it.
